Consider what damage type you want to use first. For a lightning build, make sure to pick up Widow lightning resistance debuff and Tempest great lightning proc. If you go with tons of bleed, you might want to look at Fox and Modgrogen the Wolf. Unknown Soldier is excellent albeit on the expensive side. Constellation-wise, Bull and Bear are good for your primary attack to give it some AoE pick one, not both. I'll usually top it off with a Blade Arc with a transmuter IF there are any enemies left. Savagery is a more defensive option but, once you ramp it up, it wreaks havoc.
